eXfoliation reading series

Louffa Press presents the eXfoliation reading series in New York, initiated by David Moscovich and Justin Maki as an occasional reading series featuring writers whose voices must be heard. The name "eXfoliation reading series" was derived from Louffa Press's first slogan: "eXfoliating one word at a time," which is a reference to showering with a louffa sponge (a shower accessory which serves as the logo for Louffa Press). Showering while reading Louffa Press chapbooks, broadsides or ephemera is not recommended, however in theory it is possible from a safe distance, such that the humidity from the shower does not wet or otherwise damage the fine printed materials.
